Aleppo soap, 200 gr.
Traditional Aleppo soap with 4 to 5% of laurel oil (bar of approximately 200 grams). This special soap is made by hand with traditional methods.
It is made from the combination of olive and laurel oil. Aleppo soap is made in the cauldron then dried for several months in large blocks. These blocks of aleppo soap are cut into pieces by hand in the ancient town of Aleppo – North of Syria – by still traditional methods, without any artificial flavour and colouring. Its final colour comes directly from the proportion of laurel oil.
The olive oil acts as a moisturizer and the laurel oil as a cleanser. Together, they can help to calm inflammation, irritation and redness. Some say that using laurel oil can help treat and manage skin conditions like eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, and acne. Indeed, Aleppo soap is often tolerated by those with even the most sensitive skin.
